Dr. Jay Dallas
D.M.D., M.A.G.D.Dr. Jay Dallas, D.M.D., M.A.G.D.
Dr. Jay graduated with Honors from the Medical College of Georgia in 1978. He completed his General Practice Residency at the VA Medical Center and St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital in Memphis in 1979. Following that, Dr. Jay established his own private practice in Arlington, GA and has worked there ever since.
Dr. Jay’s education did not end with dental school, and he has pursued extensive continuing education. He has been awarded as a Master in the Academy of General Dentistry and a Fellow in the American Orthodontic Society.
Dr. Jay enjoys being active in his community by coaching youth sports and proudly serves as a deacon in his church. He and his wife have four grown children and 10 beloved grandchildren. He loves dentistry and his patients, and he looks forward to helping you achieve the dental health and the beautiful smile you desire.
Dr. Allison Maulden
DMDDr. Allison Maulden, D.M.D.
Dr. Allison Maulden is proud to serve patients at Arlington Family Dental with a compassionate, personalized approach to care. Originally from Ft Lauderdale, Florida, she earned her Bachelor of Arts from Auburn University, a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Alabama at Birmingham, and her Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) from the University of Louisville School of Dentistry.
Dr. Maulden is passionate about helping her patients feel comfortable and confident in their smiles. She is an active member of the American Dental Association (ADA), the Georgia Dental Association, and the Alabama Dental Association. Outside the office, you can find her exploring the outdoors with her beloved black lab mix, Sydney. Dr. Maulden also enjoys gardening, cooking new recipes, and cheering on her favorite sports teams — the Atlanta Hawks and Atlanta Braves. She proudly says “War Eagle!” and “Go Cards!”
One of Dr. Maulden’s biggest bucket list items is a dream trip to Italy — and we’re all rooting for that dream to come true soon!
Trina
Patient CoordinatorTrina – Patient Coordinator
Trina has been a part of the Arlington Family Dental team since November 2020. Trina spends her time off with her husband and two children. She enjoys cheering on her son during football and track and visiting her daughter at UGA. Trina’s hobbies include crocheting, needlework, and thrift-shopping.
Mary
HygienistMary – Hygienist
Mary received her Associates of Science in Dental Hygiene from Darton College in 2003 and joined the Arlington Family Dental team in 2012. Mary strives to deliver the highest quality of dental care to each patient while providing a calming and comforting atmosphere. Mary enjoys being part of a team that has a passion for expanding their knowledge and implementing new technologies and materials.
On her days off, Mary can be found outdoors with her husband and teenage sons. Cheering her boys on is her top priority, whether it is on the golf course, football field, baseball diamond, or basketball court. Her hobbies include kayaking and fishing in the creek, deer hunting on their family farm, and cheering on the Auburn Tigers!
Niki
HygienistNiki – Hygienist and Practice Manager
Niki was born and raised in Colquitt, GA where she currently lives with her son. Niki graduated from Darton College in 1996 with a degree in Dental Hygiene. She loves interacting with her patients and takes pride in educating them on dental health as well as forming personal and professional bonds with each one.
Niki’s greatest accomplishment in her life is her son. She enjoys visiting him at Troy University in Alabama. She is an active member of the Colquitt United Methodist Church where she is a former co-youth leader. She is on the Miller County Board of Commissioners. Niki enjoys reading, walking, spending time with her friends and family, and cheering on the Georgia Bulldogs. When not working, you can find her somewhere on a beach.

Dental AssistantJune – Dental Assistant
June was born in Blakely, GA and now lives in Leary, GA. As of March 2022, she has been working for Arlington Family Dental for 42 years! She loves her work and her awesome work family. June enjoys helping people achieve the beautiful smile of their dreams. When she is not at work, she enjoys spending time with her grandchildren and family. She also enjoys visiting the beach.
Vicki
Dental AssistantVicki – Dental Assistant
Vicki has been a Dental Assistant since 1997 and loves what she does everyday to help her patients. She has been a part of the Arlington Family Dental team since November 2016.
Vicki loves her work family, but when she’s not working, she’s enjoying life on a farm and spending time with her husband of 28 years and their three sons.
